<h2>Shipping policy</h2>
<p>At Manta, fast and reliable delivery is part of the product. Please take a moment to review how we ship, what to expect on delivery, and how duties are handled:</p>

<h3>Processing time</h3>
<p>Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launch periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated by email.</p>

<h3>Shipping &amp; methods</h3>
<p>Every Manta order ships free, by express courier (DHL or FedEx), fully tracked from our fulfilment centre in Hong Kong to your door. We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, with more countries on the way. A signature may be required on delivery.</p>

<h3>Duties &amp; import taxes (DDP)</h3>
<p>All Manta orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and taxes are already included in the total you pay at checkout — there are no additional customs charges, brokerage, or clearance fees to settle when your order arrives. The price you see is the price you pay.</p>
<p>On rare occasions, customs may hold a parcel for inspection. This is outside our control and can add a few days; any hold will show in your tracking.</p>

<h3>Delivery time</h3>
<p>Delivery times depend on your destination and are counted in business days after dispatch. Please note that factors outside our control — such as weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays — can occasionally affect delivery.</p>

<h3>Change of address</h3>
<p>Once your order is placed, our team works fast to get it ready — sometimes within hours. Because of this, we can't always guarantee changes to your delivery address. If you need to update it, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best while your order is still with us.</p>

<h3>Tracking your order</h3>
<p>As soon as your Manta ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.</p>

<h3>Lost or damaged orders</h3>
<p>If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund.</p>
